Question 1
How much caffeine do you have on a normal day?
Rough is fine. The calculator can give you the exact figure later.
Question 2
What happens on a day you miss your first coffee?
This one tells us more than the milligrams do.
Question 3
How is your afternoon, an hour or two after your last drink?
Question 4
How long has it been a daily habit?
Question 5
Have you tried to cut back before?
Your score

Caffeine Curious
Your receptors are adapting, even if nothing feels wrong yet. That is the useful part: at this level the adaptation is shallow, and a reset now is the smoothest one you will ever do.
Tolerance Builder
The same amount does less than it used to, because your brain has built more adenosine receptors to compensate. The return per cup has dropped. The cost in money, sleep and background stress has not.
Heavy Reliance
Caffeine is holding your baseline up rather than lifting it. The first drink of the day is the cost of entry to feeling normal. This is the level the protocol was designed around.
Critical Reset
Your baseline has moved a long way. That is reversible, and the reason to step down rather than stop is precisely that stopping at once from here tends to flatten people for a week.
What your answers mean
Your 30 days, phase by phase
The same schedule whatever your score, because it is one kit. What your score changes is how each step down is likely to feel.
- Phase I Days 1 to 5 4 Reset 2 Flow 160mg
- Phase II Days 6 to 10 3 Reset 2 Flow 120mg
- Phase III Days 11 to 15 2 Reset 2 Flow 80mg
- Phase IV Days 16 to 20 1 Reset 2 Flow 40mg
- Phase V Days 21 to 30 0 Reset 2 Flow No added caffeine
Reset across the morning, nothing after 2pm. Flow with breakfast and your evening meal.
What to actually expect
- The first week
- The 2pm to 5pm window tends to feel flat for the first few days while adenosine catches up. It settles by day four or five for most people. A walk, water and a real break do more than another drink.
- What it does not do
- This is not a stimulant and it will not make a bad night's sleep feel like a good one. It lowers the dose you need over 20 days and supports you while that happens.
- Who should skip it
- If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, or taking medication that interacts with caffeine, speak to a pharmacist or your GP before starting. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet.
