Shipping policy
Preorders
The Caffeine Reset System is on preorder. You pay in full when you order, and kits ship on 30 November 2026.
If that date moves, we'll email you with the new date before 30 November. You can cancel for a full refund at any time before your kit ships. Just email us.
Where we deliver
We deliver to UK addresses only for now. That doesn't include the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man. We don't ship outside the UK yet.
How your kit is sent
Every kit goes by Royal Mail Tracked 48. Royal Mail aims to deliver within 2 to 3 working days of dispatch.
Once preorders have shipped, new orders leave us within 2 to 3 working days.
What it costs
- Delivery is free when you order 2 or more kits.
- On a single kit you pay the Royal Mail Tracked 48 rate, shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
We email you a tracking link when your kit is dispatched. If the tracking hasn't changed for 5 working days, email us and we'll chase it.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your kit hasn't arrived 10 working days after dispatch, or it arrives damaged, email us with your order number. If it's damaged, send a photo too. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, and you won't pay anything extra.
Wrong address
Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us before your kit ships and we'll change it.
