Cancelling a preorder
You can cancel a preorder any time before we dispatch it. Email hello@uncaffed.com with your order number and we'll refund you in full, including delivery.
After your kit has shipped
We don't take kits back because you've changed your mind, except where the law says we must. That means you have 14 days to cancel, starting the day after your kit arrives, as long as the pouches are still sealed.
- Email hello@uncaffed.com with your name and order number and tell us you want to cancel. You can use the form at the bottom of this page, but you don't have to.
- Send the kit back within 14 days of telling us. You pay the return postage. We'll email you the return address.
- We refund what you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of getting the kit back, or of you showing us proof you've posted it if that's sooner.
Opened pouches can't be returned
Reset and Flow are capsules you swallow, so they come sealed for health and hygiene reasons. Once a pouch has been opened, it can't be returned and the 14-day right to cancel no longer applies to it. Only open a pouch when you're ready to start.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If your kit arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer, whether it's opened or not, and you won't pay return postage.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used. Once we've sent it, your bank may take a few more working days to show it.
Your legal rights
These are your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing here takes away your legal rights.
